to a quality process focused on: In this respect, since July 10th 2007, thanks to Worms Services Maritimes teamwork and the participation of all employees, the LRQA awarded the certificate of the quality assurance standard ISO 9001/2000 to our French coordination office for its activity of Hub office, monitoring and supervision of ship's calls. This certificate covers quality management and demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effectiveness of the quality system, including continual improvement of the system. At last, our quality system is regularly controlled as well as internal and external auditing, guaranteeing a permanent improvement to the entire benefit of our customers and our company. |
