QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

The quality of our service is the main vector, as for present as future, of our competitiveness and our development.

The policy of the management of Worms Services Maritimes aims to provide the highest standards of customer service, in order to satisfy or exceed, the current or specific requirements of our clients, while anticipating their unforeseen needs.

In order to achieve this end, Worms Services Maritimes has committed to a quality process focused on:
- An agency network of qualified professionals, bringing a powerful professional advice, anticipating and managing the problems adequately.
- The implementation of clear, precise and effective harmonized working procedures, keeping in mind our ability to respond quickly to all the requests of our customers, by transmitting information and its documentary supports within the best conditions and delays.
- Systematic treatment of any noted dysfunction or nonconformity, by the implementation of preventive or corrective actions, with the object to improve our quality and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Quality indicators, which were set up to measure our performances. Those are periodically analysed in order to remain in conformity with the objectives laid down by our management.

In this respect, since July 10th 2007, thanks to Worms Services Maritimes teamwork and the participation of all employees, the LRQA awarded the certificate of the quality assurance standard ISO 9001/2000 to our French coordination office for its activity of Hub office, monitoring and supervision of ship's calls.

This certificate covers quality management and demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effectiveness of the quality system, including continual improvement of the system.

At last, our quality system is regularly controlled as well as internal and external auditing, guaranteeing a permanent improvement to the entire benefit of our customers and our company.
